1. Return & Refund Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


2. How to Initiate a Return

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take quality control seriously. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receipt with details and supporting images. We will assess the issue and provide a resolution promptly.


4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards and sale items

5. Exchanges

To exchange an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Initiate a return for the original item.
  2. Once the return is approved and processed, place a new order for the desired item.

This ensures that your new item is secured while we process your return.


6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 03 days for any reason. The returned item must meet the standard return eligibility criteria (unused, with tags, and in original packaging). Proof of purchase is required.


7. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the refund approval status. If approved, a refund of 100% of the original payment will be issued to your original payment method within 05-07 business days.
